Further, since we are vertically focused solution you do not have to educate us on your business process and start with a blank sheet of paper. A: Yes. Online support is available as part of the hosting fee. If you require phone support it is $10 per user per month and available during business hours 8-6PST.
Q: How do I get my data into your system?
A: Data migrations are almost always tricky. Our system allows you to import data throughout the application using a CSV or Excel file. For migrations that involved interaction history and attachments please contact sales to discuss one of our data migration packages.
